
Juiced Bikes was a small start-up electric brand from San Diego with a great product and growing customer base. Knowing they needed to keep with larger brands in the space, they sought to revitalize their brand and digital experience to establish themselves as the leading electric bike provider.

The Juiced Bikes website required a seismic overhaul of every foundational template but key among them was the product page. E-bikes are expensive products with highly configurable options that a user could select. I went through an intensive wireframe and layout phase with the client before closing in on the final flow and presentation of information throughout the scrolling experience.
Mobile PDP
One of the interesting challenges with Juiced that the vast majority of their traffic was mobile but over 80% of conversions were on desktop. This was due to users not trusting the mobile user experience with such a large purchase. By optimizing the mobile experience, users gained more trust and knowledge in the purchase decision and we dramatically increased mobile conversion.
Comparison Module
The Juiced team and customers were both dealing with the challenge of differentiate the different bikes models and promoting certain selections. The best solution I advised was an interactive comparison chart that showed the breakdown of features and product specifications for each bike model.
